Application
● Air filter material:
It can be used to create pocket filters, panel filters, and mini-pleated filters that comply with EN779, EN1822, and ISO 16890. These filters are widely used in vehicle air conditioning systems, central air conditioning systems, cleaning room purification systems, and other medium high effectiveness filtration systems.
Material for face masks and respirators
It may be used to make masks such as BFE99, PFE99, FFP1, FFP2, FFP3, N95, KN95, and KF94 that comply with standards like GB2626-2019, EN149:2001, EN14683-2019, ASTM, etc.
Material used in floor cleaning system filters
It can be used as filter material for household and commercial vacuum cleaners.
● Household air purification material
It can be used as filter material for air purifier, humidifier and other household filter appliances.

Packing & Storage
Packing: Our melt blown non-woven fabric will be packed in rolls and protected by stretch films, and stick labels with all the required information including weight, width, item number, etc.
Storage: The product should be placed in the ventilated dry place where is not easy to insolate.
Quality Control
Due to the inspection, we have QC personnel remain on the manufacturing lines.
Before distribution, each product must have undergone inspection.
We do both final and inline inspection.
When the raw materials arrive at our facility, they are all examined.
